International trips:

• If the trip is canceled 30 days or less before departure, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• If the trip is canceled 14 days or less before departure, 70% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• If the trip is canceled 7 days or less before departure, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.

Day Hikes - Join A Group Hikes

• More than 48 hours in advance: No Problem!
• Less than 48 hours in advance: 100% of fees are non-refundable

Dana to Petra, Petra to Wadi Rum Hikes - Join A Group Hikes

• If the trip is canceled 30 days or less before departure, 20% of the payment is non-refundable.
• If the trip is canceled 10 days or less before departure, 50% of the payment is non-refundable.
• No-show: 100% of the payment is non-refundable.

Wadi Rum Full Moon Desert Marathon

• Any refund request less than 14 days before the event, The request will not be refunded.
• Any request before the 14 days period will be fully refunded.

Private trips:
